Cheers to Beer – One Day Tour
Hop on the Great Taste Trail right beside our depot at Nelson Airport after we have briefed you and enjoy an easy ride all on flat cycle path to 3 local craft breweries all within very easy reach. The total loop ride will be maximum 20 km.
The timing of this tour is governed by opening hours of the breweries so there is time, if you want, for a leisurely start or you can take an opportunity to fit in other interesting Tastes of the Great Taste Trail such as Pics Peanut Butter where you can do a free tour (needs to be pre-booked).
- An optional 60 minute brewery tour is available at your first brewery for $25 from 11 am onwards. This does need to be booked in advance.
- We will issue you with a voucher for one beer or cider taste to round off your day.
- Finish your ride back where you started at Nelson Cycle Hire’s depot at Nelson Airport.
- Optional extra: We will pick you up at the final craft beer pub on your tour and transfer you to the Free House in the CBD where you can continue your Nelson craft beer experience.
- Price Includes: Cycle hire, (including helmet, lock, pump and puncture repair kit,) map, hi vis vest, boot pannier for your purchases, one tasting.
Price including GST:
- Self Guided Tour Price: $120 per person
- Ebike Upgrade: $50 per bike
- Optional Pick up and drop off at the Freehouse: $30 per person
